Vesi
your digital bladder diary
Log drinks, voids and leaks in a few taps, with volume, duration, urgency and pain. Share a PDF report built from exactly the detail your doctor asked for - and keep the diary itself on your iPhone.
Free to download. No subscription.

Your diary stays on your iPhone
Every entry you log - drinks, voids, leaks, urgency, pain, your own comments - is stored on your device. It is not uploaded to us and it is not shared with anyone unless you export a report yourself.
Vesi collects anonymous crash reports and anonymized usage statistics so the app can be fixed and improved. Those never contain your diary and never include your precise location. The app privacy policy spells out exactly what is collected.
How it works
Three steps, from your first entry to something your clinician can read.
Free
Log as you go
Record a drink, a void or a leak in a few taps - volume, duration, urgency, pain, and a comment if you want one. Nothing to set up first.
One-time purchase
See the pattern
Four charts on the Trends screen: void frequency, urgency, time between voids, and intake versus output - over a week, a month or a year.
One-time purchase
Share a PDF
Build a report with exactly the detail you want in it, then send it to your doctor - so the appointment starts from real data.
Logging is free and stays free. Trends and PDF export unlock together with a single purchase - there is no subscription.
What you can track
The measurements a bladder diary is usually asked for, in one place.
Drinks, voids & leaks
The three things a diary is built from, each in a few taps, all on one timeline for the day.
Volume, duration, or both
Record how much, how long, or both - whichever your clinic asked you to keep.
Urgency & pain levels
Rate how strong the urge was and how much it hurt, so triggers and improvements show up over time.
Nighttime & first morning voids
Voids that interrupt your sleep and your first one of the morning are tracked separately, because that is what gets asked about.
A comment on any entry
Add a note to any entry - what you drank, what you were doing, anything the numbers on their own would miss.
One-time purchase
Four trend charts
Void frequency, urgency, time between voids, and intake versus output - across a week, a month or a year.

Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone. Your diary entries are kept locally on the device rather than in an account on our servers, so they are only shared when you choose to export a report.
What does Vesi collect about me?
Anonymous crash reports (via Sentry) and anonymized usage statistics (via TelemetryDeck), used to fix bugs and understand which parts of the app get used. Neither includes your diary entries, and the app does not collect your precise location. The full detail is in the app privacy policy.
What does Vesi cost?
The app is free to download, and logging your diary is free for as long as you use it. Two things - the Trends charts and PDF export - unlock together with a single one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
Can I give the diary to my doctor?
Yes. Vesi builds a PDF report you can share from your iPhone - by email, by message, or printed and brought to the appointment. Export is part of the one-time purchase.
Can I choose what goes in the report?
Yes. Duration, urgency, pain, leaks and comments are each optional, so you can produce a bare intake and output chart or the full picture, depending on what your clinic asked for.
What can I record for each entry?
Drinks, voids (urinations) and leaks. For any of them you can log volume, duration, or both, rate urgency and pain, and add a comment. Nighttime voids and your first void of the morning are tracked separately, because that is usually what a clinician asks about.
Is Vesi a medical device?
No. Vesi is a self-tracking tool that helps you record and share what is happening. It does not diagnose, treat, or advise on any condition - that is a conversation for you and your clinician.
